Non-oil revenues increased by 1% compared to the year 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Finance disclosed the actual expenditures for several sectors, with expenditures for &#8220;employee compensation&#8221; amounting to approximately 574.53 billion riyals, while expenditures for &#8220;goods and services&#8221; reached 316.34 billion riyals, and 54.47 billion riyals for financing expenses. Subsidies amounted to 35.91 billion riyals, and grants totaled 5.19 billion riyals.
